The Association for Behavioral Healthcare (ABH) and Wayside Equity Training Center (WETC) are eager to announce our roundtable - Common Issues for Leaders in Equity Culture Change: Budgeting, Planning and Problem Solving. This is a follow up to the launch of our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice Toolkit: Organizational Culture Change.

About the Roundtable
CEOs in behavioral healthcare organizations and DEI&J consultants and professionals will talk through the top questions and considerations in creating true system change around equity in their organizations. We invite you to ask your questions and engage with us in a conversation as we find solutions to equity challenges. This is a great opportunity to hear from CEOs from organizations making strides in diversity, equity, inclusion and justice work, and to bring your questions regarding equity culture change!

Meeting Information
Wayside Equity Training Center (WETC) will be leading this roundtable on Tuesday, November 15 from 10:00am - 12:00pm. WETC's Guimel DeCarvalho, Vice President of People and Culture & Chief Diversity Officer, and Amy Hogarth, Director of Agency Training & Equity Culture, will be leading a two hour panel discussion with DEI&J consultants and representatives from organizations that have made significant progress in their DEI&J initiatives.
